1981 Change the name of the Machinery and Equipment Factory for Food Industry as SPOMASZ.
1985 Start of implementation of computer technology.
1990 Purchase of technology and equipment for centrifugal casting rolls.
1995 Start of privatization.
2000 Strategic investor: FP Engineering Ltd.
2003 Change of company name as FP SPOMAX S.A.
