In 1882 Ernst Arnold began the erection of Fabryka Machin DLA Rolnictwa (Factory of Machines for Agriculture). The company manufactured machines for corn growing, threshing and farm tools. It was the intention of the owners to constantly develop and modernize the company. In 1905 the foundry was established and in the next few years, the number of employees grew to 150 people. The thirties saw a big boom in the production of milling machinery. The company under the new name Fabryka Maszyn M³yñskich (Factory for Milling Machines) manufactured an almost a full range of machines for the flour milling industry. It offered also assembly and service. A new important stage in the history of our company which brought about its further development after World War II was modernization and introduction of new technologies.
